Return Policy

The gist of things: If you receive your item and it's not love, you have 14 days to contact us to either return or exchange the item.  If it's used or personalized, we can't accept a return or exchange.  Email us at so handle the return process.  I'm a one-woman show for the most part so I've instituted a return authorization process like you see with the big guys so I can get you fixed up as quick as possible and get back to making more cute stuff.

Small print:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You are responsible for any and all shipping costs. You must contact us at in order to get approval for a return and to get a Return Authorization Number. Please include the Return Authorization Number when returning your item. If you are approved to return the item, you will receive further instructions on where to send the item. Once approved, you have 14 days to return the item. We do not allow forced returns (marking "Return to Sender", or returns without prior authorization). Any forced returns are not eligible for refund and become forfeit.

Gift cards
digital downloads
Some health and personal care items
Seasonal items (Christmas themed, etc)
Personalized/custom items
Perishable items

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If item is rejected (due to not being received by us in stated timeframe or arrived damaged, missing parts, or obviously used, etc), you can choose to either forfeit your refund or have it shipped back to you at your cost.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at We cannot exchange custom items, and ability to exchange is dependent on the availability of the replacement (but we'll try our best!).

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a discount code for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a discount code will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
